  1. Bank feed

    Connect a bank through Plaid, read-only. Bank payments mark vendor invoices paid, and a card charge and its receipt count as one purchase.

  2. Receipts from set

    Snap a receipt on your phone. AI reads it and suggests the budget line it belongs on. Once it is on a line, it counts in the job's actuals.

  3. Saturation and Google Sheets

    Import a Saturation budget into a new project and keep it current every night. Open, import, and download budgets in Google Sheets in AICP layout.

  4. QuickBooks both ways

    Send client invoices and crew invoices to QuickBooks. When one is paid there, it reads paid here within 15 minutes.

  5. Client approvals

    Clients approve an estimate from the link you send them. No account needed.

  6. Calendars on your phone

    Shoot days and holds appear on your team's phone calendars, and calendars you subscribe to in Production Engine refresh on their own.

  7. Share the budget, keep the margin

    Send a client a budget link that shows the cost stack without your margin, markup, or actuals. Documents sent for signature now email the signer.

  8. Hot costs and holds

    Take hot cost snapshots during the shoot, log reimbursable expenses, and let holds expire on their own so a dead option stops blocking the crew member or location.

  9. Failures you can see

    When a save, delete, or upload is refused, the screen says so instead of looking saved.

  10. Cream paper workspace

    The whole signed-in workspace is now ink on cream paper, with the content centered.

  11. Subscriptions

    Self-serve billing with Producer, Studio, and Company plans. Existing work stays readable after cancellation.

  12. Native accounts

    Sign in with an email and password. Change your password and every other session signs out at once. No third-party sign-in service.

    Budgets, invoices, ledgers, and actuals at wrap. Money is stored in whole cents, so totals never drift by a rounding error.
