Privacy Policy

Production Engine collects the account, tenant, project, billing, and workflow information needed to run the service. That includes user profile details, company details, production records, uploaded files, support messages, usage logs, and payment status from billing providers.

We use this information to authenticate users, provide tenant access, operate project workflows, process subscriptions, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support or compliance requests.

On public marketing and field-guide pages, we may collect limited usage events such as the page viewed, referring host, campaign parameters, and which request-access or estimator link was selected. The configured analytics integration disables automatic interaction capture, session replay, and anonymous person profiles.

We do not sell tenant data. Service providers such as hosting, database, email, analytics, payment, and file-storage vendors may process data only as needed to operate Production Engine.

Tenant data remains tied to the tenant account unless it is deleted through product workflows, removed during account closure, or retained when required for security, billing, legal, or backup purposes.
