Use Production Engine in Claude

What it does

Connect Production Engine to Claude (or ChatGPT) and ask about your work in plain language, right in the chat. For example, "What's shooting this week?", "Is the Willow job over budget?" or "Who hasn't signed their deal memo?"

• A daily brief: shoot days, deliverables, tasks, holds and permits coming up.
• Job health: risks, blockers and what's not ready yet.
• Shoot days: call times, crew, locations and equipment.
• Crew paperwork and what you still owe crew.
• Budgets against actuals, purchase orders and invoices.
• Deliverables, who owes you, what you owe, and your bid pipeline.
• The connected bank feed (Claude only).

In Claude you can also approve estimates when you connect. Then you can describe a job and Claude starts a priced estimate in Production Engine, which uses your workspace's AI allowance. Apart from that, the assistant cannot create, change, approve, send or pay anything.

Who can connect

A workspace owner or admin, on an active plan or free trial. No workspace yet? Start a free trial.

Connect in Claude

Production Engine is listed in Claude's connector directory.

Connect to Claude

• On the listing in Claude, click Connect.
• Sign in to Production Engine and click Allow.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds the connector for your organization first.

Connect in ChatGPT

ChatGPT currently needs Developer mode turned on to add a connector. Add Production Engine with this address, then sign in and click Allow.

Disconnect anytime

In Production Engine, open Company Settings, then Integrations. Under Connect Claude or ChatGPT, click Disconnect next to the connection. You can also remove the connector in Claude.

Privacy

Your data is only read when you ask a question, and the assistant only sees the one workspace you approved. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms.
