To help us answer quickly, include:

  • What you are building, and which client or language it uses.
  • The endpoint or tool, and the request you sent, with tokens and secrets removed.
  • The response you got, including the status code and any error message.
  • The PE-Delivery id, for a webhook question.

Never send a token, a refresh token or a signing secret. If an API token has been exposed, revoke it in Company Settings, then Integrations, and make a new one.
